The 95th FUFA Ordinary Assembly was held on Saturday, 28th September 2019 at Multi Purpose Hall in Adjumani, West Nile.
The well attended Assembly was chaired by the FUFA President Eng. Moses Magogo alongside other members of the Executive Committee, delegates and invited guests.
The Government was well represented by Daniel Omara Apitta (Commissioner from Ministry of Education and Sports in charge of Physical Education) and David Ssemakula Katende (Deputy Secretary National Council of Sports).

Here are the key highlights from the Assembly:
- FUFA will unveil National Team Head Coach soon
- Introducing Medical Insurance for secretariat staff, Executive Committee members, delegates and 25 players for each of the 16 Star Times Uganda Premier League Clubs courtesy of AAR Health Services.
- Admission of new members to the General Assembly – Wakiso Giants FC, Proline FC and Kyetume FC as well as the Futsal Association of Uganda (FAU).
- Extend support to third and fourth division leagues
- Passing of the FUFA Annual Budget
- Secure a FUFA Hotel (With naming rights)
- Introduce a FUFA TV running on one of the main televisions in the country
- Quarterly facilitation to FUFA delegates to monitor football progress in their respective districts
- Donate balls to clubs
- Special recognition awards to two football persons from Madi Sub region (Adjumani, Moyo and Obongi districts) – Alfred Mawa (55 years) and Joselyn Selle (76 years).
