8:00 a.m – 9:40 a.m – Arrival and break fast for Delegates

9:40 a.m – 9:44 a.m – Delegates enter the Kabalega Resort Hotel Hall, the venue for the Assembly in Masindi

9:45 a.m – 9:47 a.m – FUFA Chief Executive Officer Edgar Watson brings the House to order

9:48 a.m – FUFA President, Eng. Moses Magogo arrives to the Assembly Hall

9:50 a.m – FUFA CEO welcomes the President to bring the House to order

9:52 a.m – Delegate Owek. Florence Bagunywa Nkalubo with the opening prayer

9:53 a.m – The FUFA CEO reads the roll call. Quorum meant with 83 delegates out of the expected 88.

10: 08 a.m – Motion to approve 93rd Assembly moved by Amin Bbosa. Seconded by  Ronnie Kalema and Joseph Mwanje

10:10 a.m – Amendment of clauses 20-25 for the FUFA Constitution

10:12 a.m – Appointment and secondment of scrutineers

10: 15 a.m – Address by the FUFA President

11:00 – 11:30 a.m: Brief speeches by the special guests at the Assembly, CECAFA life member Leodgar Tenga (Representing the FIFA President, Gianni Infantino),  Djibouti F.A President, Hassan Waberi, also the Chairperson of the CAF Referees committee and National Council of Sports’ Dr Bernard Patrick Ogwel (representative from Government).

Djibouti F.A President also the Chairperson of the CAF Referees committee Hassan Waberi and CECAFA Life member Leodgar Tenga graced the 93rd FUFA Assembly in Masindi as special guests. The two represented CAF and FIFA Presidents respectively

11:30-55 a.m: FUFA President rewards Uganda Cranes legends Baker Kasigwa, Francis Kulabigwo and Jimmy Muguwa. Each received a plaque and cash reward of Shs. 1M

Uganda Cranes legends Jimmy Mugwa, Baker Kasigwa and Francis Kulabigwo were recognized with plaques and cash Shs.1M each

11:55 a.m: Presentation of the FUFA Financial Report by the chairman of the FUFA Finance Committee chairman, Darius Mugoye, FUFA Finance Director Decloas Kiiza and Auditor James Kayondo of Kals Associates Certified and Public Accountants

12:15 p.m: Motion passing the approval of presented Financial accounts has been passed by Edgar Agaba.

He was seconded by Hassan Kavuma and Johnson Nyiriya

12:16 – 12:40 p.m: Presentation of 2017/18 FUFA Financial Budget by the FUFA Finance Committee chairman, Darius Mugoye and FUFA Finance Director Decloas Kiiza

12:41 p.m – 1:00 p.m – Amendment of FUFA Codes and Statures.

Delegates vote by show of hands for amendments for some of the FUFA Codes and Statures

1:01 p.m – 1:10 p.m: Proposals to the initiation of the FUFA Foundation, FUFA SACCO (Proposed by the Uganda Beach Soccer Association)

1:11 p.m – Election of the FUFA Executive Committee.

1:12 p.m – 1:36 p.m – Break for delegates

1:37 p.m – Delegates return from the break. FUFA Electoral Committee members take over the high table seats to conduct the elections.

Electoral Committee chairperson Samuel Bakiika introduces all the members on the committee.

1: 40 p.m – FUFA Electoral Committee Vice Chairman Yusuf Awuye gives a brief and background to the elections. He also hints on the procedure to be taken on the issue of voting.

2:00 p.m – 3:08 p.m – Voting (By Secret Ballot)

3:09 p.m – 3:30 p.m – Vote Count (72 delegates voted). The vote count was for the FUFA President and His entire Executive Committee (in particular, for the position of 3rd Vice President)

After the vote count, Eng. Moses Magogo amassed 69 votes out of the 72 votes cast. 1 voter was against and 2 votes were invalid.

Hon. Florence Nakiwala Kiyingi tallied 64 votes, 7 were against and 1 vote invalid.

3:37 p.m: FUFA Electoral Committee chairman Samuel Bakiika declares Eng. Moses Magogo and his entire Executive for the term 2017-2021.

3:40 p.m – FUFA President, Eng. Moses Magogo with a speech after his election for another term

3:50 p.m – Video to honour those who died and a moment of silence is observered

3:55 p.m – Closing prayer by West Nile Delegate Mike Letti and delegates depart at lesiure
