Uganda U-23 head coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic will be expected to make changes on the right full back position following an injury to Joseph Nsubuga.
The Bright Stars FC player fell awkwardly during training yesterday in Lubowa and twisted his joint on the right foot.
He underwent a scan on the injury which will keep him out for two weeks.
Kobs coach Micho was hoping to use the same player at the right back position after his impressive show against Rwanda in the Africa U-23 Championship in the first leg second round qualifier in Kigali. Kobs won 2-1.
‘As an integral part of our defensive set up, it is a big blow to have him injured but knowing his character, i expect to see him back soon on the pitch. we wish him a quick recovery’ said Micho.
Kobs coach has granted his players a rest this morning but will be back for training in the evening at the Africa Bible University in Lubowa.
