FUFA has urged lower division league club managers to put a lot of emphasis on the discipline of their players as part of the strategy to prepare them for higher levels of association football with fewer difficulties.
Club officials have also been reminded to conduct themselves in a manner acceptable to the football family as they execute their duties. The advice was given by the FUFA executive member and chairman of FUFA Zone 12 Rogers Mulindwa while officiating at the opening of Nakaseke District First Division League at Ngoma.
Hosts Ngoma FC drew 1-1 with visiting Kapeeka United in a match well officiated by FUFA Referee Edward Lugoloobi. Nakaseke has ten (10) clubs featuring in their league this season that include Kapeeka FC, Kapeeka shooting Stars, Nkozi FC, Semuto All Stars and Kirema Utd.
Others are New Hope, Kiwoko Hospital, Kapeke Black Bufalo, Kasana-Kanaabe and Ngoma FC. Mulindwa donated balls to all participating teams.
