FUFA a registered trademark has received reports of unauthorized individuals and companies importing, manufacturing, distributing, and selling counterfeit Uganda Cranes merchandise. This violates national laws and infringes on FUFA’s intellectual property rights.
FUFA has not authorized any entity or individual to sell Uganda Cranes merchandise on its behalf.
Only the official FUFA merchandise shop in Mengo is authorized to sell genuine Uganda Cranes merchandise.
Consequences:
• Individuals found importing, manufacturing, distributing, producing, selling or for sale, displaying, wearing, or aiding in the sale of counterfeit merchandise or any branded Uganda Cranes items without authorization of FUFA, will be held accountable.
FUFA collaborates with authorities to combat intellectual property infringement and protect its rights. Support the legitimate Uganda Cranes brand by purchasing merchandise only from the authorized outlet.
Report counterfeit merchandise to FUFA or relevant authorities.
