FIFA WORLD CUP Russia 2018 (Qualifiers) – Group E:

UGANDA CRANES 1-0 EGYPT PHARAOHS

Striker Emmanuel Arnold Okwi who turns out for Tanzania Premier side Simba was the hero for Uganda Cranes during the 1-0 victory against the Egypt Pharaohs in a group E match of the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier at Mandela National Stadium, Namboole on Thursday.

Uganda is now top of the group with 7 points off 3 matches. Egypt follows with 6, Ghana (1) and Congo has no point so far (Ghana Black Stars hosts Congo on Friday evening).
