Planning ensures systematic approach to operations at any institution. At the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has embarked on a journey to approve plans and also work within budgetary lines for any activity lined up this year.
The FUFA President Eng.Moses Magogo is chairing the retreat while six other people FUFA Vice President Darius Mugoye, Executive members Dr. Patrick Bernard Ogwel, Sam Mpiima, Secretariat staff Kiiza Decolas-Finance Director, Mwebe Ali Competitions Director and Sumaya Hood-Personal Assistant to the FUFA President are overseeing and coordinating the planning process.
The budgeting and planning is for the following areas; Refereeing, Communications, Competitions, Marketing, Corporate services, IT, Technical, Education, Legal, Event Management, President’s Office, CEO’s office, Education and National teams.
