The Federation has opened up the process that will see all referees at regional level in Uganda registered in accordance with the newly established Referees Manual.
In a circular on Thursday by the FUFA Chief Executive Officer Edgar Watson, the exercise will take into consideration referees who are vying for the FUFA badges in the 8 FUFA regions-Western, Kampala, Kitara, Eastern, Northern, North East, Buganda and West Nile.
The exercise started today.
