Ten Uganda’s FIFA Referees have on Wednesday received their new kits from Federation of International Football Associations (FIFA).
The brief ceremony was held at the FUFA weekly press conference in Mengo, Kampala.
The new FIFA referees are; Ali Sabila, Rajab Bakasembe, Brian Miiro Nsubuga (center referee), Anna Akoyi (woman center referee) and three assistant referees, Ronald Katenya, Lydia Nantabbo and Jane Mutonyi.
The others who received their kits are the three beach soccer FIFA referees, Ivan Bayige, Shafic Mugerwa and Muhammed Ssenteza.

The Kit Composition:
According to the referees’ manager, Mr. Samuel Egesa, the Adidas branded kits from FIFA has 9 jerseys, 2 pairs of shorts, 1 pair of shoes, 1 pair of sockings and bag.
FIFA Beach soccer referees, Ivan Bayige Kintu and Shafic Mugerwa, fresh from the Power Horse beach soccer tournament in South Africa were joined by the third FIFA referee, Muhammed Senteza also got their new kits that excludes shoes and sockings.
There are 22 FIFA referees, the highest number ever held by Uganda in the history of refereeing.

Center Referees: Denis Batte, Mashood Ssali, Brian Nsubuga Miiro, Rajab Kalyonkolo Bakasambe and Ali Chelangat Sabilla
Assistant Referees: Musa Balikoowa Ngobi, Lee Okello , Mark Ssonko, Samuel Kayondo, Ronald Katenya and Hussein Bugembe
Beach Soccer Referees: Ivan Bayige Kintu, Shafic Mugerwa and Muhammed Ssenteza
Women Referees: Aisha Nabikko Ssemmambo, Irene Namubiru and Anna Akoyi.
Women Assistant Referees: Catherine Cynthia Nagaddya, Nakitto Nkumbi, Lydia Wanyama Nantabo, Jane Mutonyi and Diana Junia Mukasa
