St. Lawrence successfully defended the FUFA Beach Soccer League title after clinching the 2022 edition played on Sunday.
St. Lawrence have managed to go the entire season unbeaten o the finals including winning 9-5 against Buganda Royal BSC in the final played at FUFA Technical Centre,Njeru.
The 2022 League attracted nine teams playing two rounds divided in two groups Hurricane and Monsoon
This is the fourth time that St. Lawrence are winning the League following previous triumphs in 2013,2019 and 2021.
Baker Lukooya of St. Lawrence BSC was named the season MVP.
Goalkeeper Samson Kiirya of Buganda Royal Institute BSC took home the Golden Glove.
Ambrose Kigozi of Buganda Royal Institute finished the season as top scorer with 36 goals.
