Stanbic Uganda Cup 2018/19: Draws for round of 32 held successfully

The draws for the round of 32 in the Stanbic Uganda Cup 2018/19 edition were held successfully on Thursday, 03 January 2019 at the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) headquarters in Kampala.

Uganda Cranes legends Paul Ssali and Robert Aloro, Stanbic Bank Uganda representative Phiona Ssemugoma (working with the Metropolitan Republic Uganda agency), club officials and the media witnessed the draws conducted by the FUFA Competitions director Aisha Nalule.

The dates for the round of 32 matches will be between 11th and 17th January 2019 across the different venues in the country.

‘The format of play at this stage is knock out with the successful clubs making the grade to the round of 16 stage’  Hajjati Aisha Nalule, the FUFA Competitions Director.

The winner of the Stanbic Uganda Cup qualifies to represent the country at the CAF Confederation Cup.

KCCA FC is the current cup holder.
