It will be fireworks at the Akii Bua Memorial Stadium in Lira as recently crowned Champions of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League Vipers faceoff against FUFA Big League side Police FC in an anticipated epic final of the 49th edition of Stanbic Uganda Cup.
The Venoms are looking forward to bouncing back from last year’s defeat against Bul and also writing a history of winning a double and third Stanbic Uganda Cup while the Cops are looking forward to winning their first ever Stanbic Uganda Cup after losing a final in 2013 against Express.

Road to Final
Police FC comes to this round after eliminating Apuutun FC, Pajule Lions FC, Ndejje University FC, BUL FC and Adjumani TC FC in the round of 64, round of 32, round of 16, Quater Final and Semi Final respectively.
Vipers SC on the other hand eliminated Bujumbura United FC, Jinja North United FC, Wakiso Giants FC, Calvary FC and Soltilo Bright Stars FC in the round of 64, round of 32, round of 16, Quater Final and Semi Final respectively.
