According to FUFA Competitions Director Hajat Aisha Nalule, the Round of 16 matches will be played from Monday, March 17, to Friday, March 21, 2025, as single-leg ties.

“As per the Stanbic Uganda Cup Rules, Article 19, this stage comprises 16 teams that qualified from the second round. FUFA conducts a draw to determine the fixtures for the third round. The team with the most goals at the end of the match advances. If the match ends in a draw, a penalty shootout will determine the winner,” she explained.
