TECHNICAL: FUFA continues to support coaching education

The beginners’ coaching course organised by the Uganda Football Players Association (UFPA) ended on Friday at FUFA House with all the 76 participants passing the oral and practical sessions.

The five day course started on Monday this week and had CAF Instructors Mujib Kasule, Tom Lwanga, Asuman Lubowa, Majidah Nantanda and Stone Kyambadde handling the budding coaches.

Ali Mwebe was chief guest as he represented the FUFA President Eng.Moses Magogo.

‘FUFA is committed to supporting the education of coaches. So do not relax after this stage. You need to get to higher levels’ said Mwebe on behalf of FUFA President.

Some of the participants were former National team players like David Iga, Robert Mukiibi and Anthony Bongole.

  1. CONGRATULATIONS FUFA UPON THE ACHIEVEMENT OF TRAINING COACHES , HOWEVER I BRING TO YOU SOME NOTIFICATION AS REGARDS OUR UGANDAN FOOTBALL MAY BE YOU WILL FIND A WAY OF HELPING OUT IN FUTURE. I TRAIN FROM MAKERERE UNIVERSITY PITCH, HOWEVER THERE IS A CONCERN FROM ME THAT FOR PAST MONTHS SOME GENTLEMAN CALLED SENDI IS TRYING TO LOCK THE MUK GROUNDS FOR SPORTS MEN WHO GO THERE TO TRAIN BECAUSE OF NO EXPLANATIONS, MAY BE MR . BRIAN THE COUNSELOR CAN EXPLAIN TO FUFA SINCE HE REPRESENTS THAT SECTION AS A REFEREE.BUT ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE TO SEE HOW THE COMMON MAN WHO HAS NO FUNDS TO PAY YET HE HAS TALENT CAN IMPROVE HIS SKILLS THROUGH TRAINING AND HARD WORK WITH OUT BEING FRUSTRATED BY SOME FEW INDIVIDUALS WITH NO SPORTSMAN SHIP AT HEART. WILL BE GLAD IF THIS ISSUE IS HANDLED PROFFESSIONALLY. WELDONE FUFA. THANKS
