Dickson Nuwamanya got the consolation for visiting Kigezi.
Ssekajugo fired Buganda into an early lead, scoring in the 12th minute.
However, Nuwamanya found the equalizer in the 26th minute as the first half ended one-all.
Fresh from guiding Sand Cranes to Africa Beach Soccer Cup of Nations, Joshua Lubwama found the winning goal at the hour mark.
