The Uganda national U-23 side, The Kobs thumped KCCA by a goal at a friendly match played at Nelson Mandela National Stadium Nambole on Tuesday evening.
Striker Fahad Muhammad Hassan Toko’s header after a long cross by Deus Bukenya from the right won the day for the Kobs.
After the game the Assistant coach to the team Frank Video Anyau said that the friendly has been so of a great importance to the team because it exposed them to a match situation.
Team coach is expected to release the final squad of players traveling to Egypt today and later travel tomorrow Thursday to Egypt.
