Two Ugandans have been confirmed to officiate the final of the 2019 Total Cup of Africa Nations U-23 between Egypt and Cote D’ Ivoire at the Cairo International Stadium on Friday, 22nd November 2019.

Dick Okello shall be the first assistant referee and Edgar Watson Suubi is the head of technical study group.
