Two Ugandans appointed for CAF Champions League Quarterfinals duty

Experienced security expert Dixon Okello and match Commissioner Mike Letti have been appointed by CAF for the Champions League  Quarterfinal fixtures to be played later this month.

Okello who has been at various sporting events as security officer including the FIFA World Cup (2010 South Africa) and Olympic Games in London (2012) will make his debut on the continent for CAF duties in the game between Al Ahly of Egypt and Horoya AC of Guinea.

The match will be played in Alexandria on 22nd September, 2018.  Okello will work alongside with Mohamed Dellagi of Tunisia who will be the other security officer.

Letti-a former player now match Commissioner will be in charge of  another highly anticipated Quarterfinal clash between Wydad Casablanca of Morocco and ES Setifienne of Algeria on 21st September 2018.

Both are Quarterfinal first leg fixtures of the CAF Champions League.
