Twenty six Uganda Crested Cranes players have been named  by the head coach, Majidah Nantanda ahead of this Sunday’s international friendly against Kenya

Nantanda, a former national team player released the squad at FUFA House in Kampala on Tuesday during a press conference also attended by the FUFA Presiden, Eng. Moses Magogo and CEO Edgar Watson.

The team starts non-residential training by 4 p.m on Wednesday at Lugogo.

‘It is a pleasure to announce the Crested Cranes team. We have included one player who is based in Denmark for her experience and exposure. She is in the country. We start training on Wednesday evening’ Nantanda told the fully packed media in the FUFA Press conference room in Mengo.

The team will travel by road on 1st July 2016.
