Uganda Cup: KCCA beats Mbarara Soccer Academy to set up clash with Sadolin

The 2014/2015 Uganda Cup runners up KCCA Football club kicked off their campaign of the knock out competition with a 4-0 thrashing of Mbarara Soccer Academy at Kakyeeka stadium.

Herman Wasswa netted a brace while Derrick Nsibambi and Joseph Ochaya got their names on the score sheet for the 8 time Uganda Cup winners.

KCCA FC will still have to make another trip for their next outing in the competition on Valentines Day at Bugembe stadium when they play Sadolin Paints FC .

 

Sadolin won their round of 64 fixture by convincingly trouncing Kampala Regional League side St Mary’s 5-1 in Nabweru.

Round of 32

  • This shall comprise 32 teams qualified from the first round.
  • The team with more goals at the end of the match shall be the winner of the match.
  • If teams are still tying by goals at the end of the match, FIFA spot kicks shall be applied to determine the winner.
NB: No Extra Time will be played after a drawn match in Normal time at this stage.
