Express f.c opens up the league account with a date against Kira Young at Wankulukuku Stadium as URA hosts Bright Stars at the Mehta Stadium in Lugazi.
Police f.c entertains Rwenshama at Kavumba recreational stadium before 16 time league winners, SC Villa plays host to Soana at their new home in Mityana.
On Saturday, Entebbe plays Simba at Nakivubo Stadium as newly promoted Lweza hosts Sports Club Victoria University (SCVU) at Wankulukuku Stadium.
Match day two games will be played on Tuesday.
