UGANDA PREMIER LEAGUE RETURNS FRIDAY

UPL FIXTURES:

1. Bright Stars Fc vs. Sadolin Paints Fc – Lugogo Stadium

2. Entebbe Fc vs. Police Fc – Nakivubo Stadium

3. Lweza Fc vs. Express Fc – Wankulukuku Stadium

4. Simba Fc vs. KCC Fc – Bombo Military Stadium

5. Sc Villa vs. Kira Young – Mityana Ssaza Grounds

6. SCVU vs.Rwenshama Fc – Namboole Stadium

7. Soana vs. BUL – Kavumba Recreational Stadium

8. URA vs. Vipers Sc – Mehta Stadium

After a break of more than 15 days, the Uganda Premier league returns into action with all the 8 teams in action on Friday, 21st November 2014.

Table leaders, Vipers travel to Lugazi to face Uganda Revenue Authority.

Vipers will miss Uganda Cranes midfielder, Farouk Miya while URA will miss Robert Ssentongo.

The two were part of the national team that traveled to Morocco to face Guinea in the AFCON group E qualifier.

The team is set to return today (Friday) with Qatar Airlines at 1:30 p.m.

Sports Club Victoria University plays host to win-less Rwenshama at Namboole Stadium.

Jinja side, Bul F.C, coached by Uganda Cranes assistant coach, Kefa Kisala travels to Kavumba to face Soana, one of the two sides (with Rwenshama) yet to win a UPL fixture this season.

Bul F.C’s assistant coach, Joseph Mutyaba, another Uganda Cranes former international will deputize Kisala on the touch line.

Fred Kajoba, another Uganda Cranes coaching staff (goal keeping coach) is most likely to miss on the Bright Stars F.C technical bench as the host Jinja side, Sadolin at Lugogo.

Sadolin, who are coached by Muzafaru Musafiri have been a solid side with positive results including holding URA and defeating the defending champions, KCC at their Bugembe fotress.

Title holders, KCC who will miss the services of Brian Majwega travel to the Bombo Military stadium to face Simba F.C.

In the other games , Lweza, who will be missing their star player, Michael Sserumaga (with the Cranes) hosts Express at Wankulukuku.

Entebbe plays Police at Nakivubo stadium while 16 time record champions, SC Villa entertains Kira Young F.C.

SC Villa is coached by Sam Ssimbwa while Kira Young is coached by Paul Nkata and Moses Basena.
