After a 4-0 defeat in Alexandria, the Uganda National U-23 side, the Kobs team is set to resume training on Thursday 23rd July 2015 at Phillip Omondi stadium Lugogo.
While addressing the media at FUFA house Mengo ,the team’s coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic said that the results were not a reflection of what transpired on the field of play.
Micho stated;
Though the results were negative, we learnt a positive lesson .We have to do anything to prepare for a positive mental fitness, tactical and physical approach of the team.
The coach further added that the team has the ability to overturn the Alexandria results.
The Kobs is expected to have a friendly match against Uganda Cup champions SC Villa on Saturday, 25th July 2015.
Another friendly is expected on Wednesday 29th August against an unestablished team.
