The Uganda U-17 National team head Coach Matia Lule has switched his attention with a lot of emphasis to his players on how to hold on to the ball, concentration and creating scoring opportunities in their build up for the Africa Youth Championship fixture against Seychelles this Saturday at KCCA Stadium, Lugogo.

The Cubs have won two build up matches in the process in the last four days scoring eight goals (beat Mayuge 2-1 and Kawempe Tigers 6-0).

Lule’s boys who will train today at Kimaka Military barracks sports ground will be hoping to keep his boys in fine shape ahead of the return leg of the first round in the qualification process for the continental championship to be hosted by Niger in 2015.

Uganda won the first leg 2-1 at the Unity stadium in Victoria, Seychelles.

Meanwhile one of the players on the team Poloto Julius has cautioned his teammates of complacency. ‘We can’t afford to lose this game. Let’s be smart and alert during the game because our opponents can also win the game on Saturday’ said Poloto-a student at Kasawo Senior secondary school.

Relatedly, Seychelles will jet in on Thursday evening with a 27 man contingent.
