7: 00 am – 10:30 a.m: Arrival, registration and breakfast of all the delegates, invited guests and the media at the Assembly Hall
10:33 a.m: FUFA President arrives at Assembly Hall at Soroti Hotel, he is received by CEO, Edgar Watson
10: 35 a.m: FUFA CEO, Edgar Watson invites FUFA President, Eng. Moses Magogo for opening remarks
10:36 a.m : FUFA President requested the Eastern region delegate, Issa Magoola to lead the assembly in opening prayer, a task which the latter executed.
10:38 a.m: FUFA President, Eng. Moses Magogo then called the CEO, Edgar Watson to read the roll call of all the delegates
10:40 a.m: FUFA CEO, Edgar Watson read the roll – call before the start of the 91st FUFA Ordinary Assembly
10:43 a.m: FUFA CEO, Edgar Watson notifies the assembly that one of the delegates, Yusuf Baliruno (recently elected at the Buganda annual general assembly) will not be recognized at the assembly despite being present. This is because there was a petition filed earlier questioning his election.
10:47 a.m: FUFA CEO, Edgar Watson confirms the quorum required for the Assembly has been met.
10:50 a.m: Harunah Mawanda passes motion approving the assembly. George Kabwemukya seconds the motion.
10:50 a.m: Agnes K, a delegate from North East pass the motion to commence the assembly. Ayub Khalifa and Sande Moni second the motion
10:55 a.m: Sande Moni, Johnson Musinguzi and Stone Kyambadde appointed as scrutineers in the event an issue at the assembly that is subject to vote arises.
11:00 a.m: FUFA President, Eng, Moses Magogo invites the chief guest, Ebil Segawa for a key note address

11: 16 a.m: Assembly observes a minute’s moment of silence if respect of the fallen comrades since the 90th Assembly in Lira.
11: 17 a.m: FUFA President, Eng. Moses Magogo continues with his speech at the General Assembly.
11: 20 a.m: Assembly accords the standing ovation to President Museveni for the support towards football development
11: 41 a.m: FUFA President, Eng.Moses Magogo lauds Government, fans, referees, football administrators, club managers, media towards football development
11:48 a.m: FUFA President, Eng. Moses Magogo takes a special time to highlight about the affairs of the provisionally suspended Executive committee, Mariam Kaliga, who is part of the assembly in Soroti.

Kasingye, Kalule, Faizo Muhammed, Abbas Ssenyondwa, Dr. Lo, Ibrahim Marak, Ronnie Mutebi, Johnson Musinguzi, Odong, Kayongo, Ayub Khalifa, Paul Ssali, Julius Kabugo, Edward Kalungi and Thadius Kitandwe deliberated on the different issues.

2:10 p.m: FUFA CEO, Edgar Watson presents the audited FUFA books of accounts

3:40 – 4:08 p.m: FUFA first vice president, Justus Mugisha presents about the amendments in the FUFA Statures
4:15 p.m: Voting conducted by the FUFA delegates to determine the amendments in the FUFA Constitution. Sande Moni, Johnson Musinguzi and Stone Kyambadde supervised as scrutineers
4: 19 p.m: 50 members voted in the affirmative for the amendments in the FUFA Constitution. Six members absconded the voting exercise.
4: 21 p.m: Delegate Kasingye moved the motion passing amendment of the FUFA Constitution. Donney Robert Seconded the motion.
4:25 p.m: Out-going FUFA legal committee chairman, Alex Luganda has been rewarded with a medal of recognition for the distinguished work during his 10 committed years of service
4:27 p.m: Closing remarks by the FUFA President, Eng. Moses Magogo. He appreciates the hosts – North Eastern region
