The Uganda Women’s Senior Team, the Crested Cranes, is set to face Ethiopia’s Lucy in the second leg of the TotalEnergies Women Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) 2026 Qualifiers on Wednesday, 26th February 2025 at Abebe Bikila Stadium, in Addis Ababa.
Head coach Sheryl Botes has named a 20-player squad for the crucial encounter, as the team seeks to build on their 2-0 victory in the first leg at Hamz Stadium, Nakivubo.
Zaina Namuleme and Fazila Ikwaput scored late goals to give Uganda a vital advantage.
