WOMEN SOCCER: Kawempe’s Sandra Nabweteme nets hat-trick in league, but who will stop her?

The FUFA Women Elite League resumed this weekend with a series of games played around the country. Since its launch in February, the goals have been coming in thick and fast for the teams but one person who can’t stop scoring is Sandra Nabweteme.

Her team Kawempe Muslim Secondary school FC is still unbeaten-having won all their opening five fixtures and yet to concede a goal.

TRUE LEADER AND DEADLY SCORER: Sandra Nabweteme with the ball in action against Buikwe She Red stars last Sunday. She netted a hat-trick today when Kawempe defeated Eastern Heroes 4-0 in the FUFA Women Elite League.

 

Nabweteme who was the star last Sunday with the penalty when Kawempe edged Buikwe She Red Stars 1-0 in the top of the table clash, was again on the mark this evening scoring a hat-trick as her team defeated Eastern Heroes Eastern Heroes 4-0 in Kawempe. Hasifa Nassuna netted the other goal.

Nabweteme has now taken her goals tally in the FUFA Women elite League to 14.
