Elgon Group:

Rwenzori Group:
- Kabale Sharp 0-2 Proline

Proline Football Club is back in the top flight after gaining direct promotion to the 2019/2020 season from the Elgon Group of the StarTimes FUFA Big League.
Proline defeated Kabale Sharp 2-0 away in Kabale to end the season with 42 points. Proline FC joins Wakiso Giants who had already qualified despite sharing teh spoils in a 1-1 draw with Doves All Stars on the final day of the Big League season on Thursday, May 9, 2019.
Joseph Mandela and midfielder Bright Anukani netted first half goals for Proline FC who are enjoying the season having also qualified for the final of the Stanbic Uganda cup to be played against Bright Stars FC on 25th May 2019 at the Masaka Recreational Stadium.
The Final Match day results also helped to get the final rankings of the teams and those heading into the play offs. Kyetume, UPDF (Elgon Group) , Kansai Plascon and Dove FC (Rwenzori group) all made it to the playoffs to be played on 16th and 18th May 2019 to determine the third team that makes it to the top flight this season.
Three teams were relegated from the Uganda Premier League this season and are; Nyamityobora FC, Paidha Black Angels and Ndejje University FC.
